Websites-Database/Ecommerce (Dynamic)

A portal for the general public to find and view menus of local food outlets.
This website will not allow the user to order online but instead give information such as digital menu, scanned copy of menu, prices, address, phone number, logo etc.
Once a selection has been selected from the map and list it will then display the menu of that particular food outlet.
We want to create a user friendly website that allows the user to access information with ease and clarity. Simple yet smart!

A database will presumably hold all the information.

Will need emails setup approx 6.

We are considering a website that is also friendly with mobile devices but will not comprise on our main site.

Would also prefer a support avenue for any changes, technical issues and general help.

The homepage will contain the following;

Banner
Search Fields – Location, Cuisine & Type.
Box adverts (takes you to that food outlets order page)
Contact us link
Terms and conditions link
About us link
(other standard items)

Other Pages will contain;

Tabs to select and view different parts of the menu i.e. Starters, main etc.
A list of items available under each category.
Each item will have a select option
Once an item is selected (ticked) then it will be added to a dynamic ‘Order list’.
The order list will list selected dishes, give a total amount of order and also option or remove items from the list.
Option to print the ‘Order list’
Option to view and print of any special offers coupons linked to that restaurant or takeaway.
Adverts will be specific to the search criteria entered.

The ‘back end’ of the site should enable us to upload the following;

Input the menu and categories for each food outlet
Upload a scan copy of menu (this may be in several parts)
Input the data that will be picked up by search fields
Upload the jpegs or Flash (assuming this is format) for the banner adverts.
Upload the logo and/or photo of food outlet.
Be able to change our banner
Input new contact details
Upload special offers

This is a basic guide to what is required. There maybe other technical solutions we have missed so please do advise us.

We want someone who is English speaking thus making it easy for us to give instructions. A website builder who is able to produce state of the art websites and able to implement latest innovations to make our site look, feel and be the best.

Someone who is easy to contact via email and telephone is also important.
