Flash for Websites

Hi there need help with creating a template page. It for real estae agents. I need one page which show one main box which will contain a flash file. The flash file is one panaramic photo which in the html I want to be in a square box and with mouse people can scroll left and right with mouse. The image is a 360 panoramic shot so when scrolling it looks like a virtual image. I will take care of image. I just need a html with flash box with it all set. This is an easy job and I need it fast so please if you can help need it today. It needs to also have space for text and other small boxes which when clicked will take them to another room.
