We are seeking for a website designer to add additional pages to an already existing website. The additions include a username/password capability. We would like to issue or create all usernames to our clients. Once a client has been issued a username and has access we would need a tracking system that will calculate the number of background check requested assignments. We would also like the quote to include a e-commerce capability.
