Websites-Database/Ecommerce (Dynamic)

What I need done:
I need a website/script designed, including at least the following features:
- Auto-updating SEO Friendly RSS Feeds
- Ebay &/or Amazon affiliate shops
- Adsense
- Banner rotator
- Easy edit & setup

It can be a one page site, with all the information presented in the front page, in a visually pleasing way.
Or, it can have a no. of pages, to fit with the content - I’d be looking for the designers ideas on that.

Also, it has to be modifiable for different keywords

Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:
In terms of style, I want a sticky & attractive look that will influence visitors to stick around & browse the site. It needs to be very simple and easy to use. It has be searchable by Google, Yahoo & the other SEs.
The site must be designed with Search Engine optimisation in mind, among other things.

Specific expertise that I am seeking:
You should have the know-how to design websites integrating adsense, amazon & Ebay. Experience with search engine optimization is an added plus.

Timeframe for delivery:
I need to have this up and running within 3 weeks.
