CSS web site & template design

We are a small web hosting company that is trying to work with some CSS templates for some of our new customers, but have NO idea what we are doing with CSS to make the sites look good.

We are in IMMEDIATE need of someone who is experienced with CSS templates and website template design to help us with these new websites.

There is a LOT of immediate work, and will probably be a lot more coming over the new few months, so this could become a long term relationship.
