Good Design skills, site image is very important for my client.

I need for a client of mine a site very similar to www.uslsoccer.com

My client wants to be able to manage various soccer leagues, as in this example site, but to have the divisions display their teams using their logos, instead of just the names in a list format.

Other example is www.premierleague.com

This will be expanded eventually, to have e-commerce also, to sell team shirts, caps, and other items.

For now, the website is the main focus, but I need the full quote, divided in stages, the portal, the the integration of the sopping cart.

Please, I know there are a lot of details to work out on the long run, but take as a starting point these two sites and please set a base price.

This will be developed considering a limited budget, but enough to integrate the needed functionalities. I hope.
