I have gotten ALOT of PM’s and bids from people who have not read and agreed to payment terms. They have been BLOCKED from talking with me if they flat out told me no they do not agree. That is because they should NOT have bid if they did not agree. So make sure you agree 100% on payment terms before you bid. The issue is strict and non-negotiable.

If you are wise and agree to the payment terms then you just might make ALOT of money from me during 2008. I will have alot of paid projects that will be paid upon completion during the year and will give it to the service provider I choose here. So accept my payment terms on this project!
