Expert in PHP and good with Joomla

I’d love for it to be made into a joomla website.

But there is a LOT that still needs to be done. I have a basic background in programming and I’m willing to help out with this project as well.

Basically there are so many little things that need to be considered that I won’t detail them all out here. I don’t want someone to just install mods, but I want someone who will make sure that each module is perfectly integrated with the new joomla site. I’m looking for someone who is an expert in PHP as well as great with Joomla, so I can listen to your advice as to what modules to install and how to best get things done. I’m tired of people who don’t get the job done and who don’t give regular updates as to what’s going on. Once this project finishes we have lots of other projects in the works, so I’m looking for a long term working relation here.

I’ll only consider programmers with a good track record and ones that take the tiem to look at and comment about the websites in their posts
