English speaking, good communication skills, ability to handle multiple projects at once, effectively delegate projects as needed to your people - i don’t care how it gets done as long as it is on time and looks good.

We need a long term partner to handle the technology side of our business. you would manage the various projects and get the job done to the customer’s satisfaction. you would operate on a fixed price per type of project (for example a simple website for $200, email blast for $10 per 1000 emails, customize a CRM for $30, etc…) obviously if the customer wants something special we will charge accordingly, but i will need some basic fixed prices for the following:

-Basic static web page flash header in HTML (5 pages base + price for each add’l page)
-Landing pages - header to match existing site, survey to capture the data,
back end data base to store the data, tell a friend button with custom email
and thank you page, submit button with custom email, notification email and
thank you page (we will sell these along with advertising, so there may be multiple landing sites per customer to track each campaign)
-email blasts - price per 1000 with opt out software to ensure compliance
-setting up and customizing a free CRM with the clients contacts, data, projects, templates etc…

there will be additional work but that is the scope of the current projects. the main concerns i have are:
ACCOUNTABILITY- i don’t care what country you are in, but if i have an emergency i need to be able to contact you. i ask for daily email updates even if you are not busy, i need to know you are alive and availeble
QUALITY - i don’t care how much you pay to have the services done, but it has to look good. once i sell it i need to be able to pass the project to you and not worry about it.
PRICE - the price has to low enough so that i can make a good profit.
