I need a website designed and built that is fully searchable and indexed. I need people to be able to upload PDF files which can be word searched, given titles, keywords, etc. I need people to be able to post blog entries either anonymously or with contact information. Essentially, I need a repository of information about a particular sector of the financial industry where former/current employees would post items. It would be a fairly simply site–basically upload info and allow users to search and then download it.
