We need a coorporate web site that:

1. IS NOT cookie cutter or a template.
2. is branded and 100% portrays our company image
3. has e commerce
4. has a back office that is easy to get in and out of
5. we can maintain ourselves
6. we can have coupons, shipping discounts, etc. on

We need the following functionality:

- We have distributers and the sales in their territory belong to them. They set their own pricing. They carry their own inventory and will be shipping or arrange delivery on their own. We do not want them setting up their own web sites, therefore pulling national sales revenue out of corporate’s pockets, or one anothers. We want their store to be a mirror of our own, where the consumer does not see any difference. We would like for the site to be able to capture the customer’s location via IP address, clicking on a map, entering their zip code whatever can be done. The only portion of the site under the Distributer’s control should be their store- not information or claims about the products we sell, product images, or any other copyrighted material.

- We would like the functionality to track sales in each territory easily, retain the customer information records and easily access them, and be able to generate reports regarding visits to the site compared to closed sales on the site.

We’re open to suggestions as to how all of this can be completed, we simply have a wish list and leave it up to the experts as to how to fufill it!

We also want a team who knows and can execute the best strategy for getting the most visibility on the web.

We’re interested in some flash, some fun and building an atmosphere on the web that forms an emotional connection with our customers.

Eventually, we’dlike to add message boards
