I am posting this here because I had a previous deal with a developer and it fell through. My previous deal was a barter for this website in exchange for me building PageRank and traffic for their website along with search engine optimization and marketing. The company seo director stopped communicating with me and next thing I noticed was that my entire concept was placed on a new domain name with a different branding.

So below are the features I need. The website the previous developer created is now located at
(ASK FOR URL) - PLEASE use this website and its functionality as a basis for this new development. Keep in mind, this website is an EXACT opposite of ripoffreport.com. The Quality Report will allow customers to provide quality reports rather than ripoffs. I also have a logo I designed already which can be seen at the website below.

My payment terms for this are safe invoicing right here in Guru. The project budget is $2,000 and will be payable in equal monthly payments of $200. I am seeking a qualified offshore developer that I can trust so I can provide other projects that come up and are not my personal projects.

Adspace:

Google adsense will be under the header graphics, nav, and search form. Just above the body content. Also an adsense ad on the left sidebar (skyscraper ad).

Right side will have banners. Each banner allowed to be uploaded cannot be any bigger than the width we specify (you can figure that out). Each banner will have to be approved by admin before it goes into queue. Advertisers can sign up and upload their ad, link it to a specific URL, and choose a running length and date. They can see what dates are available. They will then be brought to paypal for payment (I will create a successful URL link in paypal for the IPN). After successful payment they can activate their banner ad. (you can use openads for this)

Site features:

Search ability for company and individuals including advanced search for specific states, zip, and industries.

Ability for consumer to update their report with new information.

Users must register to file a report and to update the report. They cannot delete or modify existing reports though. Additions will appear as UPDATE: under the current report.

Other registered users can respond to reports which will appear under that report as “user comments”.

Reports will be available in RSS feeds.

Companies can register and post a company statement under each report (above “user comments”. They must make a new statement for each report (not posted to every report filed about their company).

Backend features:

Need a simple CMS to be able to create pages. The pages will be “dummy pages” which include the ads and search features. Then a box where I can place the text. Things like about us, resources, etc. Something simple.

IP banning
ban email address:
ban domain (any email address ending in yoursite.com for example)
link tracking (track what sites link to this one)
stats tracking (came from, stayed for, etc…)
Ability to delete reports in case of spam (reporter not notified)

SEO REQUIREMENTS:

URL Rewrite so company and individual name is in title, keyword, and description tags.

FLAGGING:

Feature needed which will allow visitors to upload documents as proof that the company filed a “fake report” about itself. Most likely inside employees will be doing that. When a company is flagged, a flagged graphic will appear next to their company name on ANY reports filed for their company. Even good reports will have a flagged graphic with a link to a page that will show a list of flagged reports.

The owner, ceo, or president of a company can appeal the flagged report and upload documentation that it is false. If admin marks it as not flagged and that is the only report flagged then the graphic will disappear. Otherwise, just that one flagged report will be unflagged.

An admin comment on why the company was flagged will be under that specific report.

This website is 100% the complete opposite of ripoffreport.com. It is used to provide only “good experiences” with a specified company or individual. The consumer MUST agree that they do not work for the company they are filing a report on. They are not hired by the company to file misleading information, etc BEFORE they can post. They must also acknowledge that reports will not be deleted EVER even by the authors request.
