I need a website designed for my business idea to provide a NO 1 JOBS Portal for Employers and Candidates. It should contain basic information about my business and I want this some thing extremely easy and user friendly just for reference I advice you to have a look at www.monster.co.uk, www.theladders.com and www.rozee.com.pk as my target market will be not only UK but also other countries so I want this website in other Languages as well .i.e. German, Italian, French, etc.

What I already have versus what the provider will build:
This is a brand-new site. I need full design done, with heavy graphics, including a new logo and colours for my jobsite. I have some design themes that I can disclose to you at later stage but my main emphasize is about the functionality of the website.

Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:
In terms of style, I want a very conservative look that will appeal to my clients who are typically jobseekers/employers from UK and off course you need to take care of this market. It needs to be very simple and easy to use. I would like my website to be searchable by Google/Yahoo if anyone is searching for a realtor in my geography.
As I mentioned earlier I want same specification as www.monster.co.uk, www.theladders.com and www.rozee.com.pk is doing (I will select or provide you my own design for website, as I like www.rozee.com.pk front page because that one is generating revenue through COMPANIES LOGO’S advertisement) and I like the simplicity and system of www.monster.co.uk and www.theladders.com
The main site will be for jobseekers and second link on the top right hand side of the page will be link to Employers/Recruiters section.

Specific expertise that I am seeking:
I had seen your work portfolio experience designing LAMP PHP MySql (Open source based) websites.

Timeframe for delivery:
I need to have this up and running within 4 weeks.
