Search and Archive Functions-388464

Web Development/Programming

PHP, MySQL

This project is for a blog that has some very unique functions. My current developer has inproperly bid the initial project and it is only 75% complete.

Users upon registration to the blog must provide demographical information (sex, age, poliitcal affiliation…), geographical information is captured via GeoIP. All users must answer a poll associated with the article they just read.

Major objectives are:
1) Create an archiving system to keep the website free of clutter.
2) A dynamic search tool for data extrapolation and poll/blog queries.
ie Lets assume a user has read an article named, “Current Immigration Legislation” the user then answers the poll associated with the article, “Do you agree with the currently proposed immigration legislation?”. The search tool should allow the user to look up current and past blogs and to also filter them out via the same demographical information they usedwhen signing up.

So a user can now see how many men answered a particular poll, or how many men from the state of illinois, who are republicans…

A complete overview of the site and its function will be necessary for the developer to grasp what is happening.

Upon acceptance of the position a Non-Disclosure form must be signed and received.

See the attached document that outlines the changes i would like to be made to the site. They are categorized by inqueries, minor changes, moderate changes and errors. Please bid the entire document out. If you fall short of design expertise please only bid out the developmental work
