Vision
RecordChecks website will provide end users with the ability to conduct various background record checks, real estate record checks and do people searches. It will use the USSearch.com API set similar to their partner www.records.com except be more of a duplicate (usage wise) of the parent site (ussearch.com)….As we have a partnership established with ussearch.com.
I Want to offer the exact same services as the parent company ussearch.com. The color scheme should be similar to ussearch so when the user conducts one of the various searches (and is eventually brought to the ussearch page, for the results and checkout, the look, feel and appearance is similar…. Basically creating a functional duplicate of their services offered. After the user inputs the search criteria and they are brought to the ussearch page…I want all ussearch pages to contain the recordchecks.com logo and “powered by ussearch” just as done on the records.com site.
I would like to find a way to at least know who our visitors are by having them enter a name and e-mail address before going to the ussearch site to complete the transaction

Usage
Looking for records
The end user will navigate to the site and key in information about the first and last name and other information about a person. Once the information is entered the system will do a search of the records to see if anything is present. If the information is present the end user will have an option to buy full name and address, 24 hour pass purchase a full report. From there on the user will be taken through regular shopping experience and at the end will get a PDF delivered with the full report.
Scope
In the initial version of the project it will just be a front end (similar to records.com) the front end will utilize US Search.com API to do the actual records search. The solution should be coded in such a way that addition of other databases and API’s could be possible later.
