Adobe flex and CMS

We’re a small startup based out of Toronto and we’re looking for somebody to help us see our vision for a new interface to fruition! This is pretty innovative stuff, and if you have the skills, please get in touch with us. Here is an overview of what we’re looking for:

What we are trying to accomplish here is creating a very very flexible and customizable theme for our Drupal installation that uses Flex and Flash to dynamically resize elements on the screen and allow the user to configure every viewable element himself. Essentially,

Goal

1. To incorporate Flex to our Drupal application and create a level of visual and layout flexibility surpassing any other Customer Relationship Manager.

2. To create a logical and visually appealing “out-of-the-box” solution for users who do not wish to customize their layout.

This will then be used in our software, which allows customers to essentially create themselves a website and set up the various elements of it where they want, in which size they want, and which order. Configurability is key, and from a GUI perspective where back-end code is not seen. It must be usable by a non-technical audience to create a visually appealing website that incorporates their own user-created content.

Of course, there are certain guidelines which you will need to follow so that our corporate colours are used, but this is really the key to what we are trying to accomplish.
