What you will be doing:

In your role of our new Web Site Designer you will handle the following: implement prepared plans site design; develops site navigation; develops site content and graphics; prepares site; establishes locate-ability; upgrades site; protects site; maintains site appearance.

What you must have to qualify:
• 2 years of similar working experience with at least 1 recent year of experience working on websites for Fortune 500 companies.
(must be able to quickly provide samples of work)
• Familiarity with illustration tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Illustrator.
• Skill and experience designing attractive and functional Web graphics.
• Web development skills using CSS, HTML, DHTML, and JavaScript
• Ability to create an attractive Internet presence that is fast-loading, easy to find, and viewable with all browsers.

Preferred Skills
• Familiar with the culture/community of the World Wide Web.
• Knowledge of different browser and platform constraints.
• Designs compelling user interfaces and understands the strengths and limitations of browser-based UI’s.
• Works productively with others in a team environment.
• Experience developing content and combining images with sound, video, text, and special effects with multimedia software such as Real Video, PowerPoint, Director, and Flash.
• Plans work. Sets goals and outlines tasks to achieve them.
