JobberBase / WebJobs Customisation Guru-386914

Websites-Database/Ecommerce (Dynamic)
We require someone with advanced web development skills to help us develop and launch Job Board. ALthough there are various scripts around for this, we have found an open source produced called JobberBase (http://www.jobberbase.com/) and like the user interface for this very much.
However, what we have in mind will require some further customisation work - such as, for example:
1 - A secure Candidates LOGIN area - where they can complete details about their work experience (using a structured web form - like a Resume Wizard) and also attach a resume/CV. When candidates they apply for a vacancy(s), their application(s) is logged onto a database so that Employers (who are registered with us) can review each application, and decide whether to reject/proceed. We would also like to implement an “job agent feature” that allows candidates to set up the profile of what they are looking for and the system will automatically email them to notify when a suitable vacancy has been added to the system.
2 - A secure Employers LOGIN area - where employers and/or recruitment agencies can register with us, and set up new vacancies BUT must pay us online for this service. Each job vacancy added to the system will remain live for a specific period of time (eg 28 days) and when this period elapses, the Employer will have to pay again to renew the ad (but at a reduced cost). Also, they can view who has applied for their jobs, and decide whether to reject/proceed.
The scope of this project involves:
a - Installation of the script
b - Customisation of the script to provide the above functionality, with full testing.
All applicants must agree to use Guru.com’s Escrow and Dispute Resolution services.
NOTES:
1 - If you dont not believe this script is the best solution for us, we have identified an alternative low cost script called “WebJobs” (http://www.webscribble.com/products/webjobs/index.shtml) which we understand already has the required functionality. Therefore, if this is the case, please indicate what your quote would be to customise the user interface of WebJobs to provide something similar to that of JobberBase.
2 - If you believe neither JobberBase or WebJobs are appropiate, please indicate an alternative script(s) with which you have recent and solid experience of using.
Please also note that we are NOT interested in investing in any kind of bespoke custom solution so please do not propose a project of such an order. Using a 3rd party script is the best route for us because of time pressures and risks.

Many times I tried to figure out, what are people talking about here and what they mean by saying stuff like that. And I realized that they just don’t have a clue about the topic themselves. It’s kinda strange. Anyway I have to say that you mast understand, what’s really doing on to comment things. Otherwise you will look and sound stupid.
