AJAX or similar prototyping, DB

We would like to get started right away on the following project:

This project would be a small design project that would be an online web 2.0 application. The project would be prototyped in one of many prototyping products then the back end database would be programmed in MySQL or similar.

This would be a database driven tool that we would use in connection with our clients and would fall into the category of SaaS or ASP.

Skills needed would be front end design, prototyping and database.

If this project goes well, we will be building a larger integrated platform that is an approximately 3x larger project.

We will need to sign an NDA prior to in depth discussions on the project.
