Flash for Websites

The website is ALREADY DESIGNED thru photoshop by a graphic designer so I DO NOT WANT A TEMPLATE format… the format is already done. I am looking for a flash animated site without the visible loading factor. The website will have a Homepage, a weddings page, a charities & orgs page, an events page, a contact page, a client log-in (similar to that of a photographers client log-in… where I can upload contracts to be downloaded by the client) and a web-blog page. I will have photographs that I will upload from various photographers that will be in a slideshow format continuously moving on each page as someone clicks onto the page ( I want this portion to be easy enough for me to change photos when I need ).

Biggest NO’s: I do not want a loading site… I will lose clients if someone has to wait for my information to load, I do not want the design changed… it has already been sent through its revisions, I do not want a site that I can’t easily access and make the necessary changes to when I need to.

BIggest Yes’s: I do want someone I can work with that will be with me for an extended period of time and build my site throughout the years, I do want someone that is willing to speak to me via the telephone and by email to make the changes (and will contact me within 24 hours of inquiry if I have questions, concerns, or need help), I do want someone who has a local United States telephone number, I do want someone who will be willing to get the site done in the next 2-3 weeks including revisions, I do want someone who will be willing to give me advice or updates on how to make my site better and visually appealing, but won’t make the changes without my approval.

I am very easy to work with, I just need someone who is willing to work hard and work with me quickly!
