We want to add a reservation and payment system for our vacation rentals website. We have two condos that we need this for. We need it where it knows what dates are available from the calendar system and it will not let it reserve it if the dates are not open. We also need it where we can take a refundable damage deposit and charge more if there is damage. We do a one night only additional charge as well. People who reserve would need to also need to agree to our terms of condo rentals before they can reserve the dates. We like the system on a website called lakenights.com. It just needs to be tweeked to our needs. We also have seadoo rentals that would require a system where they reserve by the hour. We would like to have this done within the next couple of weeks.
