Please provide an estimate for all programming (anything not design/layout - we can do initial Dreamweaver/Fireworks) for the following:

HOME PAGE: User can choose from 100 topics in 3 ways:
Topic by Name takes user to that topics related Info Page.
Topic by Code takes user to that topics related Info Page.
Topic by Category will provide the user with a…
drop down list displaying the100 topics to select from
and will take the user to that topics related Info Page.

INFO PAGE: User will have 2 options to select from.
Ad Page
User can view a special advertisement page
(User will see a client’s ad and/or special offers)

Directory Page: this page offers user 5 Choices

CHOICE 1
10 Category’s: each displaying a static page
one page will have16 photos displayed

CHOICE 2
12 Category’s: each displaying a static page
some pages may have an image

CHOICE 3
10 Category’s: each displaying a static page
some pages may have an image

CHOICE 4
12 Category’s: each page displays a list of 100 items
Each of the 100 items has its own static page

CHOICE 5 - Classifieds Ads
14 Category’s listed by price and/or alphabetically

Written Guide:

HOME PAGE: User will click on our domain name and land on the home page. We want to have a site counter displayed here showing the total number of users who have visited the site to date.

From the home page the user can select from 100 topics to view.
They can choose that topic in 3 ways: by name; code; or category which then takes the user to the Info Page for that particular topic.

INFO PAGE: The Info Page offers the user 2 choices. Choice 1 will display a static page with a special client and/or promotion with an external link to that clients website. A user can also go forward to the directory page from this page. Choice 2 takes the user to the Directory Page offering 5 choices they can view one at a time. All 5 choices will allow the user to return back to the directory page.

The 5 CHOICES: Each of the 5 Choices will offer either 10, 12 or 14 various category’s to select from. Under choices 1 to 3 each category when selected will produce a static page displaying various types of information, some with images. Choice 1 will also include a page that displays 16 photos…each photo will enlarge when it is clicked.

Choice 4 will have 12 category’s and each will display a page showing a list of 100 items. Any of the 100 items when clicked will display static pages. In total there will be 1200 static pages (100 items per 12 category’s). We need the template set up for this page, we need to create and edit these1200 pages through content management.

Choice 5 will work as a Classified Ads page with 14 category’s. Each category will display a page listing related merchandise for sale. This merchandise will be listed alphabetically by town and then by price. There will be an option for the user to place a free ad as well. We want this page to function the same as the classifieds does on Craig’s List.

E-COMMERCE: We need an E-Commerce function to allow potential site clients or even site users to enter a private page with a password that we will provide in order to purchase advertising, goods etc.

OTHER: All pages will need 1 or 2 back to buttons taking the user to the previous pages. Most pages will require Google map links, rollover functions and external links. Furthermore we need to track site activity to produce leads, reports, data analysis, statistics and more.
