Feature-rich Drupal-based social networking website requires a full-time expert Drupal developer for a variety of development projects [see examples below].

Requirements: PHP/MySQL & Drupal expertise
Prefered: CSS & Drupal Theming

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Drupal module integration and customization. Applicants should describe previous work that is most similar/relevant to the projects listed below.

EXAMPLE PROJECTS
- install & customize user points & simple_karma modules [http://drupal.org/project/userpoints] to, eg, allow weighting of user ratings by user’s karma
- add a block to content recommendation engine [http://drupal.org/project/cre] to find OPPOSITE users
- on user profile pages: remove profile tabs [blog, contacts, interests, favorites, mailbox, guestbook etc] & display as user-configurable blocks on user’s page
- add user page blocks for galleries, recommendations, group postings, etc]
- customize mysite module [http://drupal.org/project/mysite] to make blocks described above user-configurable (drag & drop)
- implement multiple contact types: extend buddylist functionality to apply to more than one [preferably user-defined] type, eg: friends, family, business, & relatioship contacts]
- use access control to create a user settings/privacy page allowing users to specify to whom [which contact types] their blocks are shown
- cache views & address other views-related performance issues

- implement tag requests: allow userA to suggest tag for userB’s node

- fix CAPTCHA module [not showing on user registration form]
