Phase 1
We need to write kits for a webservice.

We want the kit written to consume these webservices and make them available as functions in the languages mentioned below . The kits are to be such that they can be easily included and the functions then can be used by any programmer to integrate. Error handling of API exceptions should also be handled.

Syntax will be checked for quality so code needs to be as clean as possible.

PHP Kit (consume using nusoap.php)
ASP Kit
Java Kit
Perl Kit
.NET Kit

We can select one or multiple bidders for the different languages if we do not find a single vendor offering all.

Phase 2
Use the PHP kit developed above to develop and easy to use ad install ecommerce website for domain registration.

Phase 3

Please provide quotes for each phase. This is one of many projects to come. We need serious bidders who have experience in webservices.
