HI I have a have developed an access database with four different forms linked to the same table. I also have buttons on the forms so that the person does not have to keep inputing the same information.

Each form has a different function and my secretary should have access to one form and I should have access to all 4.

An important screen will be the preview screen where the person entering the information can preview what information is entered.

After data-entry on my computer I have linked the form to mail merge so that a word document can be generated.

I want to take this form onto the web connecting to a mdb database. The website must allow differing access to the screens according to the access that is allowed by the administrator.

There must be a preview button also so that the person can see what the final document will look like. Once the final document is finalised I would like the document to be emailed to designated person(s).

The site should be secure in view of the information that will be inputted. There must be away the information is archived so that once completed the information can be removed from the table itself.
