Advanced Poker Gaming Program - 377850

February 23rd, 2008 by Matt

I have an idea for variation on the existing game of Texas Hold’em. It is simple and based on mathematical principles already established and well known to the poker world. I want to start a poker league using this new format but a lot of the perks and rewards are based on statistics, I realize that most poker programs keep basic statistics like on FullTilt or Bodog, but this must be able to compile stats over time and will probably be a much harder thing to design than a basic poker website. This project is in the preliminary stages so I am trying to get a feel for things right now.Basically what I am interested in knowing is 1. What are the possibilities of you doing something like this? 2. How long, very roughly, would a program like this take? 3. And a ball-park (within $10,000 or so) of the cost of such a project.

I understand that what I want may take some time and some integration of existing poker theorum. My lawyers are checking the legalities of hosting a free poker site, and running a league. If there are any other legal concerns you may have please ask.

Can you design me a poker website that incorporates a modified Hold’em Format with exstinsive statistical recording capabilities?

I’m glad that most of the people here are really clever, and are fun to talk, because we have a lot in common. Here I can express myself, share different information, have gun, enjoy communication. Some people here are angry, but why, guys? Make friends, be nice, share what you think, and you won’t feel lonely anymore!
